We're a growing lubricant brand trusted on the racetrack and on the road. We're looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team and keep our numbers running as smoothly as our engines.

As a proud supporter of racing in the Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC), we develop lubricants that perform under the toughest conditions, then bring that same protection to riders and drivers on the road every day.


Role Description

  • Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and management reports
  • Process customer invoices, credit notes, supplier payments and staff claims
  • Monitor customer credit limits and follow up on outstanding collections
  • Manage e-Invoicing (MyInvois) submissions and SST filing
  • Reconcile inventory and stock movements with the warehouse team
  • Prepare payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and company secretary
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow planning and cost control
  • Support other ad-hoc finance and admin tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent (ACCA/CIMA part-qualified is a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in trading, distribution or the automotive industry
  • Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Account or similar
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Familiar with Malaysian tax, SST and e-Invoicing requirements
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
