Country Garden Pacificview Hiring! Full Time Civil - Municipal Infrastructure Engineer - Manager (C-S) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 15,000 - Ricebowl

Job Scope：

1. Responsible for the design coordination, permit application, and construction management of civil and municipal infrastructure works for the project.

2. Liaise with civil and structural (C&S) consultants, contractors, and relevant government authorities to coordinate and resolve issues related to design, approvals, and on-site construction.

3. Manage the progress, quality, and safety of municipal construction works, and facilitate project completion inspections, procedures for the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC), and final handover.

Job Requirement:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in construction management, including full-cycle management of 1 to 2 municipal engineering projects—from construction and handling of CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance) procedures through to final project delivery.

3. Preference given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience working as a Civil & Structural (C&S) consultant.

4. Familiarity with municipal engineering requirements in the Johor Bahru region, as well as the design standards and approval processes for IWK (Indah Water Konsortium) and SAJ (Syarikat Air Johor).

5. Experience in design coordination and permit/approval applications for municipal projects; capable of working independently.

6. Strong skills in cross-party communication, on-site coordination, and problem-solving, with the ability to effectively drive project implementation and delivery.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
