Responsibilities
Job Summary :
Basic Salary: $2,200 – $3,000/month (Depending on experience and qualifications)
Working Days: 5.25 days per week
Working Hours: Staggered office hours between 7.30am – 6.30pm
Work Location: West Region, Singapore

Variable Bonus: 2–3 Months
Yearly Salary Increment
Annual Leave: Starting from 15 days

No Healthcare Experience Required!
Job Responsibilities:
Assist patients with registration, appointment bookings and payment transactions.
Attend to patient enquiries and provide professional customer service.
Guide patients in using healthcare applications and Healthier SG services.
Perform basic health screening, including height, weight and blood pressure measurements.
Coordinate patient programmes and provide general administrative support for daily clinic operations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level / Nitec or equivalent qualifications.
No prior healthcare experience required.
Candidates with customer service experience will have an advantage.
Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
