Position: Storekeeper

Gaji: RM2, 500+ (depends on qualification and experience)

Location: Kangkar Pulai

Job Scope:

1. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock issuance, inspection and receipt using the inventory management system.

2. Verify the quantity and specification of incoming goods against the Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO).

3. Maintain accurate and up to date stock card records for all inventory movements and spare parts usage records.

4. Arrange and store items in the appropriate locations, keep the store area clean, organised and properly labelled.

5. Maintain minimum stock level.

6. Assist in stock take.

7. Coordinate with workshop and purchasing department.

Requirements:

1. Minimum SPM/ equivalent

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant storekeeping, warehouse management experience preferred.

3. Experience in machinery/ automotive/ quarry/ workshop environment is an advantage.

4. Basic knowledge of computer skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel).

5. Knowledge in inventory system/ EPR system/ Barcode or QR code system experience is an advantage.

6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

7. Have valid Malaysian car driving license is preferred.

8. Willing to be stationed at the quarry site.
