Job Responsibilities

• Handle general office administrative duties and documentation
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries
• Assist with sourcing products and communicating with suppliers
• Prepare and maintain basic sales and purchasing records
• Assist with receiving, checking, packing and organising goods in the store
• Monitor stock and maintain proper store arrangement
• Coordinate deliveries and courier arrangements
• Provide general support to the sales and management team
• Perform other office and store duties when required
