Job Summary
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support telemarketing, operations, client support, and marketing tasks within a dynamic property solutions environment.
Responsibilities
Set up appointments by cold calling leads database to generate qualified client meetings and increase engagement
Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and property viewings to ensure efficient client interactions
Search for suitable property listings based on client criteria and conduct Competitive Market Analysis to inform client decisions
Liaise professionally and promptly with clients, partners, and vendors to maintain strong relationships and client confidence
Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and transaction paperwork to support smooth operations
Follow up timely with leads and client enquiries to maintain engagement and progress sales opportunities
Assist in preparing property listings and marketing materials to support promotional efforts
Update website content with new listings, sold properties, testimonials, and other relevant information to keep digital presence current
Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools effectively to complete daily tasks and communications
Demonstrate self-motivation and resourcefulness to work independently and adapt to evolving responsibilities
Learn and apply new skills, including the use of AI tools, to enhance productivity and task efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong administrative, organisational, and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and client communications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and partners effectively
Strong willingness to learn new skills including AI applications to improve work processes
