AnAdministrative Assistantmanages daily office operations, supports team members or executives, and handles clerical work to keep workflows organized

Your responsibilities as a Administrative will be: -

1. File and maintain customer insurance files and records to ensure they remain updated.. This information is personal and confidential

2. Handle human resource duties, including managing personnel databases and payroll and records to ensure they remain updated.

3. Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary

4.  Maintains and organizes meeting schedules

5. Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies

6. Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed item

7. Assist in month-end period closing and with other projects and duties as needed.
