Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of financial advisors and sales agents
• Set clear performance targets and implement effective sales strategies
• Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews
• Develop and retain top-performing sales talent
• Monitor KPIs and ensure team accountability
• Collaborate with management to align sales goals with business growth

Job Requirements

• Language: Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum Education: SPM and above
• Nationality: Malaysians only
• Gender: All genders welcome
• Transport: Must have own transport
• Experience: Background in any field is welcome
