Position 1: Person-in-Charge (PIC) Doctor - Bukit Indah

Locations: Bukit Indah, Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Medical Doctor / General Practitioner to join our new Bukit Indah branch as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) Doctor.

The PIC Doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality primary healthcare services while supporting the clinical operations and development of the new branch.

The successful candidate should demonstrate sound clinical judgement, good communication skills, professionalism and the ability to work independently. The PIC will be supported by the clinic management team in administrative and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general practice and primary healthcare services to patients.
• Conduct medical consultations, assessment, diagnosis and appropriate treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform appropriate medical procedures within the doctor's scope of practice.
• Provide follow-up care, health screening, preventive healthcare and patient counselling.
• Recognise cases requiring further investigation, specialist referral or emergency management and arrange appropriate referral when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure appropriate prescribing and safe management of medications.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care, professionalism and medical ethics.
• Act as the clinical Person-in-Charge for the Bukit Indah branch.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to resident doctors and clinic staff when required.
• Support the clinic team in maintaining smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
• Monitor and promote compliance with relevant clinical, professional and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with clinic management on clinical quality, patient experience and service improvement.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the new Bukit Indah branch.
• Participate in the clinic's roster and work according to the agreed schedule.

Requirements

• Fully registered with MMC
• Valid APC
• Good clinical judgement & communication skills
• Positive, humble and willing to learn
• Passionate about patient care
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays when required

Working Schedule

Possible shifts include:

• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Lunch break: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
• Total working hours: Approximately 200 hours per month.

Remuneration

Depending on qualifications, clinical experience and suitability for the position.

The overall remuneration package is open for discussion for suitable candidates based on their qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the role.

Clinical Mentorship

Work closely with our Clinical Director (Emergency Specialist) and experienced doctors. Discuss interesting and challenging cases, exchange clinical knowledge and stay updated with current practice.

Position 2: Medical Doctor / General Practitioner

Resident Doctor - Eco Botanic

Job Summary

We are seeking a committed and patient-focused Medical Doctor / General Practitioner to join our established Eco Botanic branch as a full-time Resident Doctor.

The successful candidate will provide quality primary healthcare services to patients and work closely with the clinic team to ensure safe, efficient and patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general practice and primary healthcare services to patients.
• Conduct consultations, medical assessments and diagnosis.
• Manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe appropriate treatment and medication within the doctor's scope of practice.
• Perform appropriate medical procedures and treatments.
• Provide follow-up consultations and ongoing patient management.
• Provide patient counselling, health education and preventive healthcare advice.
• Identify patients requiring further investigation, specialist referral or emergency care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.
• Ensure professional, ethical and patient-centred medical practice.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, clinic assistants and other clinic staff.
• Participate in the clinic roster and support the smooth daily operation of the clinic.
