Hiring: LLM Support Engineer | AI Infrastructure | Hedge Fund | Singapore

I'm working with a leading quantitative hedge fund looking for an LLM Support Engineer to support and maintain its LLM Platform and AI infrastructure in their Flagship Singapore office.

This role is open to candidates from SRE, Production Engineering, Application Support or Platform Engineering backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot the firm's LLM Gateway Platform, ensuring reliability, stability and performance.
• Build Python-based automation to improve monitoring, diagnostics and operational efficiency.
• Support AI developer tooling, coding assistants and LLM integrations.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Python scripting/development and Linux troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting production applications, infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Exposure to AWS, Kubernetes, APIs or cloud infrastructure is advantageous.
• Knowledge of LLM platforms, AI infrastructure or coding assistants is a plus, but not essential.
