Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Workflow Management:
Create staff schedules, delegate daily tasks, and monitor active projects.
Training & Onboarding:
Teach new hires company policies, job duties, and safety rules.
Performance Tracking:
Set individual goals, review metrics, and give regular feedback or coaching.
Conflict & Problem Resolution:
Mediate employee disputes, handle escalations, and fix workflow bottlenecks.
Reporting:
Document attendance, track output, and report performance records to senior management.
Compliance & Safety:
Enforce workplace safety guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
Communication:
Clear verbal and written skills to relay management goals downward and team issues upward.
Leadership:
Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide staff without alienating team members.
