Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and execution-focused Content Producer to lead and manage our content efforts. This talented content producer will be responsible for making compelling content for Artery's digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, eDMs, website, etc.) to engage our community, amplify our mission, and showcase the impact of Singaporean art and artists. You like a fun time, you are sensitive to trends, quick to generate new ideas, well-spoken and don’t mind being in-front of the camera. You are keen to learn various methodologies and pick up more strategic approaches to marketing. You are self-initiated, responsible yet love to vibe as a team too!

This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

• Research trends, artist narratives, and cultural hooks to shape relevant content.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with Artery's brand values, key milestones, programmes, partnerships, and artist features.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners or collaborators to source content ideas and integrate messaging across functions.

Content Creation & Production

• Script, storyboard, and produce content in various formats (short-form video, carousels, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes, graphics, podcasts, soundbites etc).
• Draft engaging captions and copy aligned with Artery's tone of voice.
• Coordinate shoots and edits, and be willing to host or voiceover content where needed.
• Design assets according to the brand guide

Brand & Messaging Alignment

• Uphold brand consistency in all content, including visual style, tone, and voice.
• Work with third parties where needed, to ensure high-quality, on-brand assets. 

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

• Monitor and report performance metrics across platforms (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).
• Suggest and experiment with new content formats and approaches based on data insights.o Stay updated with platform algorithms and digital best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital content creation, production, or marketing (agency, creative, or nonprofit experience a bonus)
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn) and familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Buüer, Meta Business Suite)
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, creative environment
• Applied knowledge of video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro), graphic tools (Canva/Figma/Adobe Suite), and on-camera presence
