Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven with the ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Able to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail partners.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, wearables, and consumer electronics is an advantage.

Willing to travel to dealer outlets for regular visits and sales support.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

This position focuses exclusively on Huawei products, including managing dealers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining retail partnerships.

Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and onboard new retail partners.

Sales Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for smartphones, tablets, wearables, and other Huawei devices.

Product Promotion: Educate dealers on new product launches, key features, pricing, and promotional schemes to drive sales.

Order & Stock Follow-up: Ensure timely order placement, payment collection, and stock availability at dealer outlets.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and dealer feedback to support sales strategies.

In-store Support: Visit dealer outlets regularly to check product displays, branding, and demo unit availability.

Coordination: Work closely with internal logistics, finance, and marketing teams to resolve dealer issues and ensure smooth operations.
