We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Security professional with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud security, role management and access governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Oracle HCM Cloud security roles, including Abstract, Job, Duty and Data Roles.
• Manage Person Security, Payroll Security and LDG security.
• Handle user access, role provisioning and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) activities.
• Design and maintain RBAC and least-privilege security models.
• Manage Oracle Security Console and role hierarchies.
• Troubleshoot security and access-related issues.
• Support SIT/UAT, deployment and post-go-live security activities.
• Conduct access reviews and support audit/SoD requirements.
• Work with HR, IT and business teams on security requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong Oracle HCM Cloud Security experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Security Console and security profiles.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, Person Security, Payroll and LDG security.
• Experience in security operations, access management and incident resolution.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to OCI/Azure/AWS is an advantage.
