About the role

This role involves greeting, attending and serving customers as per standard operating procedure, delivering friendly customer service in a cashless environment. You will perform cashiering using card payments and e-wallet systems, work with POS systems, and use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers. You will restock needed supplies, notify leaders when inventory levels run low, and maintain clean and organized work areas including food preparation and customer areas.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, attend and serve customers as per standard operating procedure
• Deliver friendly customer service to customers
• Perform cashiering in cashless environment such as card payments or e-wallet
• Work with POS systems
• Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers
• Restock needed supplies and notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low
• Keep work areas, food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Fulfil any other duties assigned by supervisor
