• Background or experience in accounting, bookkeeping or related work.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is an added advantage.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing and general ledger maintenance.

• Handle account reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting & Administration

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and financial records.

• Provide administrative support to the accounting department.

Coordination & Compliance

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial enquiries.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
