Responsibilities
Network Operations & Project Coordinator,
support data centre network operations while driving project execution and coordination activities. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on exposure to network monitoring, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution through completion and follow-up.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and support data centre network operations and infrastructure activities.
Proactively identify issues, assess risks, and implement practical solutions to maintain project progress.
Analyze supply and demand data to support forecasting, resource planning, and operational decision-making.
Develop and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of operational issues.
Track action items and follow through to ensure accountability and completion of deliverables.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Support network troubleshooting activities and assist in maintaining service reliability.
Required skills/experience:
1-3 years of experience in
Data Centre Network Operations, Monitoring, or Infrastructure Support
.
Good understanding of
TCP/IP networking fundamentals
.
Experience with routing protocols such as
OSPF, BGP
, and related networking concepts.
Familiarity with network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data mapping, reporting, and dashboard creation.
