Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead daily cleaning operations and manpower management across multiple sites, ensuring high standards, operational efficiency, and effective team coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily cleaning operations , hotel at assigned sites to maintain service quality and efficiency
Supervise cleaning supervisors, team leaders, and cleaning staff to ensure adherence to standards and procedures
Plan and deploy manpower, work schedules, and site coverage to optimize resource utilization
Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with cleaning standards and workplace safety requirements
Liaise with customers to address operational requests, resolve issues, and incorporate feedback for service improvement
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline to maintain a productive and compliant workforce
Ensure employees follow company procedures, workplace safety protocols, and cleaning requirements consistently
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and deployment of cleaning staff to support operational needs
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure availability and proper use
Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure timely follow-up to maintain smooth site operations
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management for informed decision-making
Support management in manpower planning and continuous improvement of cleaning operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations, facilities management, or a related industry
Experience managing cleaning teams and multiple sites
Knowledge of Singapore's cleaning industry requirements is advantageous
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing teams and operations
Ability to work independently and manage operational matters effectively
Applicants with relevant supervisory experience will also be considered
