• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant secretarial or administrative experience, preferably in the airline, travel or tourism industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.

• Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information and multiple tasks effectively.

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management while ensuring efficient coordination of correspondence, meetings, documentation and day-to-day office activities within the airline/GSA environment.

• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes and other management documents.

• Coordinate business travel arrangements and liaise with internal departments, airline/principal and external stakeholders.

• Liaise with the airline/principal, internal departments, travel trade partners and other stakeholders on matters assigned by Management.

• Monitor and follow up on management instructions, action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain proper records and confidentiality, and perform other secretarial and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
