Responsibilities
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in delivering comprehensive people services. This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
**Job Description**
1） Source and screen candidates to support recruitment and coordinate interview arrangements
2） Process work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees to ensure legal compliance
3） Arrange and manage employee insurance policies including Security Bond, Primary Care Plan, Medical Insurance, Public Liability, and Work Injury Compensation
4） Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, termination letters, and other relevant employee correspondences accurately
5）Coordinate and respond to MOM surveys, inspections, and report workplace accidents or incidents as required
6）Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes
7） Monitor and update employee leave records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
8）Organize and schedule employee training programs to support workforce development
9）Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support organizational needs
**Job Requirements**
• O Level and / or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR Assistant experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to handle confidential information professionally
