Proven experience in supervising interior fit-out, renovation, or maintenance projects.

Familiarity with building codes, HSE standards, and compliance regulations.

Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Ability to read technical drawings and plans.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English

Supervise retail store fit-out, renovation, and maintenance works from planning through to completion.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, landlords, and internal teams.

Ensure all works align with company branding, store layouts, and operational requirements.

Manage timelines, quality control, and budgets for ongoing and upcoming store projects.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Handle emergency repairs and routine maintenance needs for all retail outlets.

Oversee the installation of furniture, fixtures, signage, lighting, and other interior elements.

Track progress reports, maintain project documentation, and manage snag lists.

Source and manage suppliers for maintenance materials and services.

Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot problems promptly.
