Responsibilities

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination for salon staff.
- Develop and implement marketing or promotional activities to boost sales and customer retention.
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and staff performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product orders and maintenance services.
- Assist management in budgeting, target planning, and business improvement initiatives.
