We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily restaurant operations and lead the team.
我们正在寻找一名经验丰富、积极主动的餐厅经理，负责餐厅日常营运及团队管理。

What You’ll Do | 工作内容

· Oversee daily restaurant operations.
负责餐厅日常营运。

· Lead, supervise and motivate the restaurant team.
带领、监督及激励餐厅团队。

· Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience.
确保顾客获得优质的服务及用餐体验。

· Monitor food quality, service standards and cleanliness.
监督食品质量、服务标准及餐厅卫生。

· Manage staff scheduling, attendance and manpower planning.
负责员工排班、出勤及人力安排。

· Monitor sales, inventory and operational costs.
监督销售、库存及营运成本。

· Handle customer feedback and operational issues.
处理顾客反馈及营运问题。

· Train, coach and develop team members.
培训、指导及培养团队成员。

· Drive initiatives to improve sales and restaurant performance.
推动提升销售及餐厅表现的计划。

Who We’re Looking For | 我们寻找这样的你

· Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business or related field.
酒店管理、餐饮管理、商业管理或相关专业文凭/学位。

· Minimum 3 years of relevant restaurant/F&B experience.
至少 3年相关餐厅/餐饮行业经验。

· Strong leadership and people management skills.
具备优秀的领导及团队管理能力。

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
具备良好的沟通及解决问题能力。

· Customer-oriented and hands-on.
以顾客为先，并具备实际执行能力。

· Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
能够配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作。

· Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
会说普通话者优先考虑。
