The Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintain training records

What It Takes:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, local HR practices and regulatory standard
• At least 2 years of full-spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Timesoft is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Well-organized with strong multitasking abilities
