• Conduct market and social research by gathering data from public sources, surveys and stakeholder inputs.

• Analyse research findings to identify patterns, audience characteristics, competitor activity and emerging trends.

• Organise and maintain research data, and prepare data tables, summaries and presentation materials for management.

• Track key metrics and campaign or user performance, and report insights to support planning and decision making.

• Coordinate with team members to clarify research objectives, track deliverables and maintain accurate documentation.

• Support marketing and business planning with market, competitor and hiring-market information.

• Conduct social and market research using public sources, surveys and stakeholder inputs.

• Analyse findings to identify audience characteristics, patterns and emerging trends.

• Prepare research summaries, data tables and presentation materials for internal reporting.

• Track research deliverables and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a social or market research analyst role.

• Hands-on experience gathering and analysing public-source and survey data.

• Proficient in MS Office (data tables and analysis) and PowerPoint (research presentations).

• Excellent communication skills
