Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Assist engineers in setting up reliability stress tests (e.g. HTOL,Temperature Cycle, Burn-In, HAST).
- Support sample loading and unloading of boards/devices intochambers or test systems.
- Perform basic electrical readout execution following approved testinstructions.
- Monitor test status and report abnormal conditions (alarm, trip,temperature deviation) to engineers.
- Data Collection & Documentation
- Record test data, logs, and execution status in tracking systems orspreadsheets.
- Assist in organizing raw test results, screenshots, and logs forengineering review.
- Support preparation of basic summaries (run hours, sample count,chamber usage).
- Maintain proper document control (checklists, run sheets,travelers).
- Lab Operations & Discipline (5S / Safety) - Support 5S activities: labeling, housekeeping, materialarrangement.
- Follow lab safety rules, ESD controls, and equipment handlingguidelines.
- Assist in inventory tracking of boards, samples, cables, andfixtures.
- Escalate safety, ESD, or equipment concerns immediately.
- Equipment & Logistics Support -Assist engineers with basic equipment checks (power on/off, visualinspection).
- Support sample logistics: tagging, packing, unpacking, and internal transfers.
- Help coordinate sample movement with planners or logisticscoordinators (execution only).
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
