Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop
new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking within target industries (e.g., manufacturing, food & beverage, environmental, construction, pharmaceuticals).
Manage and maintain
strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure account retention and encourage repeat business.
Understand client requirements
and collaborate with our technical lab team to present tailored testing solutions and quotations.
Prepare and deliver
professional sales proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
Meet or exceed
monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Monitor market trends
and competitor activities to identify new potential service offerings.
Handle client inquiries
, follow up on invoices/payments, and resolve any customer service issues promptly.
