Job Description
Responsibilities
Want to start a career in sales without being left to figure it all out alone?
You do not need an impressive title to begin. You need proper training, clear expectations, and a team that helps you improve from day one. That is exactly what we offer at D Aurelius Group.
What You Will Do
Represent major brands and explain their products in a clear, simple way
Learn how to start conversations and guide customers through each step
Follow campaign guidelines and record customer information accurately
Review your performance with your leaders and keep improving
How We Train You
Product knowledge and customer approach
Handling objections with confidence
Observing experienced consultants in action
Feedback after real customer interactions
Where You Can Grow
As you become more consistent, you can take on more responsibility, such as guiding newer team members and supporting campaigns, and work towards senior and leadership roles.
Who We Are Looking For
Clear communication and a willingness to speak with new people
A positive attitude and openness to feedback
Discipline to follow standards and improve through practice
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales
You do not need to have everything figured out. You just need to be ready to learn.
To apply, please send your latest resume along with a preferred time for us to call you this week. We will get back to you within 2 working days.
