Position

At Givenchy, Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Maison and essential contributors to the store’s culture and performance. They play a key role in delivering warm, personalised client experiences while learning to build lasting client relationships and mastering the fundamentals of luxury retail excellence.
This role is an entry or developing position within Givenchy’s retail career path, focused on service quality, product knowledge, and consistent execution on the selling floor.

Role Purpose

To deliver a high-quality client experience aligned with Givenchy standards, contribute to store performance, and develop strong selling and clienteling foundations.
Reporting to the Team Manager, Store Manager, or Store Director, the Sales Associate supports the team through professionalism, engagement, and a willingness to learn and grow within the Maison.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Service Delivery

• Welcome local and international clients with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.
• Deliver attentive and personalised service under Givenchy selling guidelines.
• Learn to understand client needs, preferences, and style to support meaningful interactions.
• Contribute to a positive and refined client journey at every touchpoint.

Sales Contribution

• Support achievement of individual and store sales objectives.
• Apply selling techniques and storytelling learned through training and coaching.
• Assist in driving conversion, units per transaction (UPT), and service quality on the floor.
• Demonstrate consistency, reliability, and focus in daily performance.

Brand & Product Knowledge

• Develop understanding of Givenchy’s collections, brand heritage, and craftsmanship.
• Communicate product features and brand values with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Support product presentation and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Represent the Maison with elegance, grooming, and attention to detail.

Team Contribution & Engagement

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth client journeys.
• Demonstrate openness to feedback and coaching from peers and senior team members.
• Contribute positively to team energy, professionalism, and mutual respect.
• Take ownership of personal development, actively participating in training and learning opportunities.

Operations & Standards

• Execute sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support daily operational tasks, including stock management and cash handling procedures.
• Follow Givenchy policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.

Your profile

• First experience or up to 2–3 years in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role
• Interest in luxury retail and client experience
• Strong communication skills
Fluent in local language; additional languages are an asset
