Apex is expanding its premium beauty and wellness team and is looking for experienced Beauty Consultants who know how to connect with customers, understand their needs, and create personalised recommendations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Your role will go beyond simply recommending products. You’ll become a trusted point of contact for clients throughout their beauty and wellness journey.

You will:

• Consult with customers to understand their skincare concerns, preferences, and goals.
• Recommend suitable treatments, wellness programmes, and skincare solutions.
• Convert consultations into sales while working towards individual and outlet targets.
• Develop genuine relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Provide attentive and professional service from consultation through follow-up.
• Represent the brand positively and maintain a polished boutique environment.
• Assist with general retail and outlet operations when needed.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

We’re looking for individuals who are confident, personable, and commercially driven.

You should have:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in beauty, aesthetics, spa, skincare, or beauty sales.
• A proven ability to perform in a customer-facing sales environment.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• A professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
• Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and wellness.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays according to retail requirements.

Your Earning Potential

Compensation includes:

• Uncapped personal commission — up to 22%
• KPI-based bonuses
• Additional performance incentives

Working Arrangement

Retail operating hours may require flexibility depending on outlet requirements.

Available Locations

Our Beauty Consultants may be deployed across the following locations:

• Ngee Ann City
• Wisma Atria
• Perennial Business City
• Chinatown Point
• Bedok Mall

Final outlet placement will be determined according to operational requirements.
