Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage social media accounts from the ground up.
• Create engaging short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, stories and other digital content.
• Edit raw footage supplied by the Australian team.
• Develop content calendars and manage regular posting schedules.
• Establish brand voice, creative direction and online identity.
• Manage organic social media growth and potentially paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, analyze performance and recommend improvements.
• Support influencer collaborations and community engagement.
• Develop marketing campaigns for new product launches.
• Build awareness and engagement across Australian and international markets.

Preferred Experience:

• With 1-2 years of working experience
• Previous FMCG, food and beverage or consumer brand experience.
• Strong understanding of younger generation audiences and current social media trends.
• Creative, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience managing multiple brands and social media channels.
• Ability to develop strategy rather than simply produce content.
