Pay: Up to $2500!!
Location: Jurong East
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6:30pm
Job scope:
Provide day-to-day customer service and issue resolution via telephone and email.
Collaborate across departments and vendors to fulfill regional client orders and secure on-time deliveries.
Generate critical shipping files and manage standard import/export documentation
Process system billing and financial invoicing as soon as specific cargo shipments are closed.
Track and hit localized target Key Performance Indexes(KPIs) for freight handling.
