MISSIONS
The SPS Mechanical Completion & Quality Control Coordinator ensures the readiness, conformity, mechanical completion and successful handover of SPS equipment. He/she coordinates inspection activities and supports
quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, schedule, cost and HSE
requirements.
ACTIVITIES
- To work in close coordination with SPS Quality Lead for SPS quality assurance / controls activities, and equipment delivery and handover coordination activities.
- To keep the SPS Quality Lead and all relevant parties informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the Project Leads on relevant actions/decisions.
- To coordinate inspections services via IQ-ALL and to review inspection reports provided
- To perform some of the QC inspections (at Contractors’ or vendors’ locations)
- To perform expediting of components on critical path
- To follow, monitor and coordinate the internal and external delivery and handover of SPS equipment, under the Quality Lead supervision. These activities include:
- Follow the readiness of SPS equipment from all manufacturing facilities,
- Coordinate the release of SPS equipment as per Contracts’ requirements (Ready for Shipment certificates when applicable),
- Coordinate with Contractor logistics team, the location and delivery status of the SPS equipment,
- Coordinate with Contractor Mechanical Completion team the compilation and control of release documentation (dispatch dossier and certificates) for handover to Company or Company’s other Contractors, Support SPS Interfaces Engineers with the Company Provided Items handover process to Company’s other Contractors,
- Coordinate the handover of SPS equipment as per Contract.
- To support PBF SPS Quality Lead in the Project quality assurance activities (Including Audits, Vendors Approval, Quality actions follow-up, NCR/TQ/RCA/LL registers, etc.)
- To participate to the close-out of Contract(s) with respect to Project procedures.
- To work by anticipation.
- With promotion and compliance to TotalEnergies values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the Projects.
- To promote innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives
Hse Roles &responsibilities
Comply with Project HSE Site Instructions and Policies.
Report HSE anomalies or deficiencies using the anomaly system.
Ensure office security and safety is maintained and report deficiencies to HSE.
Report anomalies, incidents, near misses to HSE.
Carry out HSE inspections and audits as required by HSE.
Regularly attend Project HSE meetings, training, audits and inspections.
Provide feedback on HSE conditions, actively promote HSE and safe working practices.
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
The Venus SURF will operate in ultra-deepwater at roughly 3,000 m and is designed to process 160,000 bbl./d of oil with advanced systems to manage large volumes of associated gas, which will be re-injected to maintain reservoir pressure. The unit will be permanently spread-moored using a 16-line mooring system, engineered to ensure station-keeping in relatively harsh Atlantic conditions. The development includes up to 40 subsea wells tied back to the SPS via the subsea architecture.

Qualifications And Experience Required
Qualification: Engineer or equivalent with experience in SPS equipment
Professional Experience (number of years): 5 to 10 years
Proficiency in English (French is a plus).
Rigorous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
