Job Description
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Executive Engineer with expertise in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to lead and manage M&E projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing designs, executing projects, and overseeing construction activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Conceptualization:
Develop and conceptualize M&E designs in alignment with project specifications and requirements.
Project Execution:
Execute projects by creating detailed designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Client Engagement:
Manage and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
Construction Supervision:
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Submission Management:
Drive project submissions to local authorities, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained timely.
Problem-Solving:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise during the project.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate M&E systems effectively within overall project designs.
Requirements:
A recognized university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in managing M&E projects from conceptualization to execution.
Strong knowledge of M&E design principles and construction practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
