• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 3 years in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years delivering projects for external clients at a system integrator or MSP.
• Has led at least 3 projects end to end, such as an M365 tenant migration, a firewall replacement or an Intune rollout.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Hands-on experience configuring at least one enterprise firewall platform (FortiGate, Cisco or WatchGuard).
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP and VPN.
• Clear written English for technical documents and client email; spoken English for client meetings.
• Willing to perform scheduled after-hours and weekend cutovers.

Preferred qualifications

• Microsoft: MD-102 Endpoint Administrator, MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator, SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator.
• Network security: Fortinet FCP / NSE 4, Cisco CCNA or CCNP Security, WatchGuard certification.
• Virtualisation: VMware VCP-DCV.
• Security: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent; exposure to SOC or SIEM operations is a plus.
• Experience with hybrid-to-cloud identity migration (on-premises AD to native Entra ID).
• Familiarity with ITIL change management or a structured project method.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
