Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, Windows operating system, and basic network issues.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office, business applications, email accounts, and system access.
• Support network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and internet access.
• Perform routine system updates, software installations, patches, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor IT equipment inventory and maintain accurate asset records.
• Guide users on basic IT operations and provide friendly, professional technical assistance.
• Document technical issues and resolutions, escalating more complex cases to the senior IT team when necessary.
• Support other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and IT peripherals.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including IP addresses, DNS, Wi-Fi, and LAN.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and provide onsite support to end users.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.
