Job Responsibilities

• Perform machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Provide technical training and guidance to production operators on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in routine inspection, maintenance, and monitoring of the compressor system.
• Monitor and maintain reject inventory records and ensure rejected products are properly identified and stored.
• Assist in controlling and monitoring QAS and lot tag stock.
• Provide technical support for machine cleaning activities and ensure machines are ready for production.
• Perform machine model changeover, including machine setting adjustments and trial runs.
• Ensure machines operate according to production requirements and established procedures.
• Report machine breakdowns, technical issues, and inventory discrepancies to the superior.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in machine maintenance or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
