A highly successful and fast growing crypto trading firm is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow the engineering team responsible for building low-latency execution systems, order management, and exchange connectivity in modern C++ on Linux. This is a people leadership role — the focus is on architecture, project delivery, setting engineering standards, and scaling the organization, not hands-on coding. You will partner with trading, research, and operations leadership to align priorities and ensure systems operate reliably around the clock.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams
• Strong people management skills: hiring, coaching, performance management, career development
• Deep technical foundation in system design, scalability, reliability, and low-latency architecture
• Experience delivering high-availability, high-performance production systems (trading, fintech, or real-time platforms)
• Comfortable setting engineering standards, driving best practices, and removing blockers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
• Background in crypto trading systems, exchange integrations, or order management is a strong plus
• AI-native mindset valued — comfortable leveraging AI to improve team productivity and decision-making
