The role

We're looking for a Legal Counsel to be based at our Singapore headquarters, supporting our operations and expansion across international markets.

What you'll do:

• Provide legal and compliance support for market entry, daily operations, corporate governance, and regulatory matters across target countries

• Track regulatory developments in our operating markets and manage external counsel and partners

• Draft and review commercial agreements, platform rules, and other legal documents

• Handle complex matters including employee relations, customer disputes, and crisis situations, with follow-up process improvements

• Develop compliance guidelines and deliver training to business teams

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law

• 1+ year of legal experience at an internet platform, law firm, or multinational company

• Strong interest in tech and business; experience identifying and managing legal risks across jurisdictions is a plus

• Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment
