A. Driving & Delivery

• Drive the company van or assigned vehicle safely to deliver food, beverages, equipment and supplies.
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of food orders to customers, event venues and designated locations.
• Check delivery orders, quantities and items against the loading or delivery checklist before departure.
• Ensure food and equipment are handled carefully and transported in good condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Monitor vehicle fuel, maintenance schedules and roadworthiness, and report any defects or accidents immediately.
• Comply with traffic laws, company driving policies and safety requirements.

B. Service Crew & Event Operations

• Assist with loading and unloading food, catering equipment, tables, chairs and other event materials.
• Set up buffet stations, food displays, tables and serving equipment according to event requirements.
• Serve food and beverages professionally during catering events and functions.
• Refill food and beverages and maintain cleanliness at serving stations.
• Assist with dismantling, packing and returning equipment after events.
• Ensure all company equipment and items are accounted for before leaving the venue.
• Support daily operations for Mango Chutneyz catering services and Fresh Grab, including food preparation support and delivery assistance when required.

C. Customer Service & Teamwork

• Communicate politely and professionally with customers, clients, event organisers and colleagues.
• Follow instructions from the Operations Manager or Supervisor.
• Report delivery issues, customer complaints, missing items or operational problems promptly.
• Cooperate with kitchen, operations and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

D. Hygiene, Safety & Discipline

• Maintain personal hygiene and wear the required uniform during working hours.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Keep vehicles, delivery containers, equipment and work areas clean.
• Be punctual and prepared for scheduled deliveries, events and assignments.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,353.33 per month
