Responsibilities
Put your claims experience to work! Join an insurance team assessing travel claims and helping customers receive accurate, timely outcomes.
Salary: Up to $3,800/month + 0.5-month completion bonus
Location: Near Raffles Place MRT
Contract: 6 months, extendable
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
What You’ll Do
Assess claims, primarily travel claims, and check policy coverage and supporting documents
Process lower-value claims within your assigned approval limits
Follow up on outstanding documents with policyholders and medical institutions
Respond to claims enquiries and review pending cases
Support accurate, timely claims payments and service improvements
What You’ll Need
Degree or Professional Insurance Certificate
At least 1 year of relevant Accident & Health claims experience
Meticulous, customer-focused and comfortable working under pressure
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative and responsible working attitude
