Working timing - Office hour

• Provide first-level IT support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Assist with user account setup, access management, and IT asset inventory.
• Support routine system maintenance, software updates, and IT documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
