Your role
Be the first smile our guests see—warm, polished, and always ready to assist
Seamlessly manage check-ins and check-outs for guests, groups, and airline crews with efficiency and charm
Act as a local expert, sharing insights on hotel services and Hong Kong’s must-see spots
Collaborate with our dynamic team across departments to deliver flawless guest experiences
What You Bring
1+ year of front desk experience
A natural charisma —you love people, and it shows
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua to connect with our diverse guests
Flexibility to work shift hours , embracing the rhythm of hospitality
