Fortune is seeking a Research Intern to support the Asia Lists team in Singapore for 3 to 6 months. This role offers hands-on experience in how major business rankings are researched, built, and published.

The intern will assist with data collection, verification, and organization across Fortune’s Asia rankings, working closely with the research and editorial teams.

Key Responsibilities

•       Gather publicly available company information from annual reports, filings, websites, and databases

•       Organize financial and corporate data into structured spreadsheets

•       Perform basic checks for completeness and flag inconsistencies

•       Support research for list entries and company profiles

•       Assist with fact-checking of data prior to publication

•       Maintain internal trackers and databases

•       Provide general research support for list projects

Requirements

•       Current undergraduate or recent graduate in business, economics, finance, journalism, or related field

•       Strong attention to detail and organization

•       Comfortable working with spreadsheets

•       Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines

•       Strong written English
