Join our Korean fried chicken restaurant and help deliver great food and friendly service.
Job details
Location: East Side
Employment: Full-time
Salary: Up to S$2,500 per month
Key responsibilities
Welcome customers, arrange seating and take orders accurately.
Explain menu items and recommend food, drinks and promotions.
Serve food and beverages promptly and coordinate with the kitchen.
Handle cashier duties and process payments accurately.
Monitor incoming delivery orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely preparation.
Pack takeaway and delivery orders, checking all items, drinks and special requests before handing orders to customers or delivery riders.
Clear and reset tables, keeping the dining and service areas clean.
Attend to customer requests and refer complaints to the manager when needed.
Replenish service supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage.
Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
Able to handle dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders during busy periods.
Able to work rotating shifts, including late closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
