Requirements
- Experience in handyman, technician or property maintenance work
- Able to perform basic repair works independently
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, renovation, condo or hotel maintenance is an advantage
- Must have own car or motorcycle
- Able to travel around KL and Selangor
- Responsible, punctual and able to manage assigned jobs
- Bahasa Malaysia required
Responsibilities
- Perform basic electrical repairs such as lights, switches and fittings
- Handle plumbing works including leaks, taps and toilets
- Repair doors, locks and other general household issues
- Carry out painting and touch-up works
- Attend to tenant maintenance requests
- Conduct move-in and move-out property checks
- Travel between properties across Klang Valley
- Update maintenance progress and job completion records
