Preferred Mandarin Speaker.

Minimum 1 year of experience in international trade and business development, with expertise in import/export operations, overseas market development, and customer relationship management.

Strong ability to introduce products and provide effective sales presentations.

Able to handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Able to collect customer information and conduct market research.

Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with basic computer skills.

Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Self-motivated, proactive, and equipped with strong communication and persuasion skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Promote products and maintain relationships with existing customers, including handling quotations and orders.

Communicate with international customers in English via email and phone.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn and Google.

Regularly update and maintain LinkedIn profile and support branding and promotional activities to increase both company and personal visibility.

Manage and maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts and customer databases.

Coordinate with internal departments, included Marketing and Logistics/Shipping, to ensure smooth business operations.

Provide support for international exhibitions and trade shows as required, including events in Germany, Hong Kong, Brazil, Singapore, and other countries.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Continuously develop knowledge of international trade, with opportunities for career advancement into leadership positions.
