Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in telemarketing, property sales, customer service or sales is an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.

• Able to communicate well in English and/or Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

• Confident, positive and persuasive personality.

• Able to handle customer enquiries professionally.

• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales and appointment targets.

• Good follow-up and time management skills.

• Willing to learn about property projects and the real estate market.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce property projects.

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.

• Understand customers’ property needs, budget and preferences.

• Provide basic information about property projects, promotions and packages.

• Arrange appointments for customers to meet with Property Sales Consultants.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.

• Update customer information and follow-up records accurately.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and appointment targets.

• Work closely with the property sales team to generate quality leads and appointments.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when communicating with customers.

• Participate in training and improve product and communication knowledge.
