CNC Metal Machining Hiring! Full Time IT Specialist (ERP Support) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

1. Provide technical support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners) and software applications.
2. Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, ERP systems and other production-related software.
3. Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets, including servers, switches, routers, and network infrastructure.
4. Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
5. Support CCTV, biometric, and other security systems used in the plant.
6. Maintain IT documentation (asset register, user manuals, license records, etc.).
7. Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and recovery processes.
8. Ensure IT security compliance and enforce cybersecurity protocols across systems.
9. Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software/hardware procurement, and service calls.
10. Assist in implementing IT policies, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
11. Provide first-level support for production-related automation systems.
12.Provide first-level ERP user support.
13.Coordinate application issues and enhancement requests with the ERP vendor.
14.Conduct system testing, track issues, and assist with user training and documentation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
