Responsibilities
Promote great customer service.
Ensure safe food quality, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, in stock product availability
stand in for cooking, frying & prepare of ingredients.
Ensure day-to-day compliance to operational standards
Inventory control, labor cost, and budget management
Develops and implements local promotional programs
Supervise assigned personnel, include planning of schedule.
Handle and arrange online ordering platform like grabfood and foodpanda.
End day closing, tally of cash, order and receipt.
